(1860), commonly known as the *elegant sunburst lichen* is a lichenized <http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Lichen> species of fungus in the genus *Xanthoria*, *family Teloschistaceae<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Teloschistaceae> *. Recognized by its bright orange or red pigmentation, this species grows on rocks 2.
