I don't know if it's correct or not, Catalogue of Life <http://www.catalogueoflife.org/col/details/species/id/503f958781f08a450129bbd7d6bb4510/synonym/f7eda8ebbbbfa840a952d68583a63b05> gives it as a syn. of *Cotoneaster integerrimus *Medik., while as per The Plant List Ver. 1.1 <http://www.theplantlist.org/tpl1.1/record/rjp-29220>, it is unresolved. May be you can better clarify.
