Yes Lalithamba ji, the posted plant is indeed *Clerodendrum* sp. I discussed about the Marathi name रानजाई - it is known to refer *Clematis* sp. and Jasminum sp. rather than *Clerodendrum* sp. But some local folks may call *Clerodendrum* sp. as रानजाई *ranjai*, as the flowers has scent similar to jasmine.
