Both these species of Cyclea would perhaps share the names in regional
languages (my feeling).
'धाकटी पाडावळ *dhaakati paadavall* in Marathi is apt for *Cissampelos
pareira* ... just as it is called as लघु पाठा *laghu patha* in Sanskrit
