You are right. Gurcharan ji had shared it correctly as Lithospermum
arvens, but due to some incorrect synonymy that I found at that time, I put
it as Buglossoides tenuiflora. I should be correctly* Buglossoides
arvensis* (L.)
I.M.Johnst.
