I think it looks different from the two species I know which were discussed in Buglossoides tenuiflora <https://groups.google.com/g/indiantreepix/c/Qpf65GAYlUw> Also could not find a match as per comparative images at Heliotropium <https://efloraofindia.com/2011/03/05/heliotropium/> and Boraginaceae <https://efloraofindia.com/2011/02/05/boraginaceae/> It appeared close to *Gastrocotyle hispida* (Forsk.) Bunge <https://efloraofindia.com/species/a---l/b/boraginaceae/gastrocotyle/gastrocotyle-hispida>, but flowers look different.
