On further scrutiny, I mostly agree with Hibiscus acetosella as per POWO <https://powo.science.kew.org/taxon/urn:lsid:ipni.org:names:559896-1> specimen- one <http://www.kew.org/herbcatimg/784236.jpg> and two <http://www.kew.org/herbcatimg/784232.jpg>.
