Hello Lalithamba ji, I glanced through Flora Andhrika; *Curcuma decipiens* is found near Godavari, though rare. Shall we coin a name for *Curcuma decipiens* ? Is ఊదా అడవిపసుపు uda adavipasupu, making sense ? It is on lines of Marathi name - जांभळी रानहळद jambhali ranhalad ... literal meaning, purple wild turmeric. Regards. Dinesh
