I am sorry for the previous misidentification. The detailed view of the spikelet reveals that the awn is not terminal, but dorsal, arising from around the middle of the lemma. This is a character of Helictotrichon under the tribe Aveneae. The present species appears to be Helictotrichon junghuhnii (H.virescens) *H. junghuhnii* <http://www.efloras.org/florataxon.aspx?flora_id=2&taxon_id=250070727> because of its shining green spikelets and nodding panicle.
