I remember, one of our teacher colleagues would go to his class and ask students to rate his teachers. And you know what could be expected rating. He was very happy with that. I believe to do my job and not introduce something which can differentiate the members. We all know who is contributing what, and we have our own ways of expressing that. I wish it remains like that.
