Could it be Alpinia blepharocalyx K. Schumann? Because this species is
distributed in the Bhutan foothill areas of North bengal and Assam. And it
can be identified easily by its brown dried bracteoles, which is very
prominent in your photos. I have attached my pics on this sp.
