Dear All : I am a little confused... about nomenclature:
if this is Roystonea regia of Roystonea genus ... then its NOT a bottle palm... they two different animals.. Natives...of different regions of the world and one is prolific. the other is redlisted... (the true Bottle Palm is Hyophorbe lagenicaulis of genus Hyophorbe...) so may be I should wait someone who is studied palms tells me what it is... (Nolinas are also sometimes called bottle palms to confuse the issue with the true bottle palm...never confused with the Royal Palm) ....
