yes Pankaj ji:
its called dragon fruit... has white or reddish pink pulp with green or red
skin on the outside...
you wash it
cut it open..
thousands of black seeds and puld show up
you use a spoon ( special spoons with serrated ends, originally designed to
eat grapefruits.. is best) to scoop out the pulp and eat... seed and alll.

eat it as after dinner fruit with some cheese... like brei or soft cheeses
.. (not blue) ...
yum...

we get it in India... in hotels like the Grand or Taj in Delhi where they
get these exotics flown in esp for their chefs...
I get it at Oberoi Grand in Septemeber once in awhile.. iffy supplier...
