I think it is the problem of the person who has doubts, and should find the
solution, rather than forcing/asking the person who is sure about
identification to provide him information.

I did do the investigation when doubts were created about Hibiscus
vitifolius, Casia uniflora. Experts should give expert opinion with
justification and not just give their verdict.
