You may be right Prasad ji, but, as far as I know there are (only) two species (at least in peninsular India) having umbel inflorescence, 1. Crotalaria nana and 2. C. umbellata. Your plant has umbel inflorescence, so it could be any of these two.
C. acicularis suppose to have raceme infl. besides having suborbicular-oblong lvs (Ref.: FPM by Gamble) which is not the case here. Pl verify and correct me if I am wrong.
