Gurcharan ji, Satish ji, Tanay, Was not able to find any description of *Bauhinia variegata* var. *candida*which mentions about its number of staminodes. There are quite a few sites which show this flower ditto, though with varying number of staminodes (as less as 5 to as much as 8 found in my photo). The white toned petals and the lemon green textured fill on the large petal convinces me it to be *Bauhinia variegata* var. *candida.
