1. First go to File Menu------> Page setup and change page size to A3 2. Click on the untitled document at the top, and enter intended subject line in the next window. click ok 3. Type information that you want to share on the top of the page. Press Enter so that cursor moves one or two lines down. 4. Click Insert------->image and select image on your computer. Wait for some time, you will see cursor blinking and then you will see image below your text. Cursor would still be at top right edge of the picture. Press it once, it would move to just below the image where you can type the image name (or simple click image thumbnail in your windows explorer, press F2, cntrl + C, and the cntrl + V below the image). Press enter once or twice so that cursor shifts one or two lines down below the image. Insert second and third image similarly. 5. Below last image and its name, enter your name or more that you want to share. Your document is ready for sharing. Press share button. enter email ID of the Group in next window, change can edit to can view, tick option of paste the item into the email, and press green button share and save.
