P. nepalensis I hope is a much smaller delicate plant with much smaller
infl and distinctly winged petiole. This plant has has the habit of P.
chinensis. One should always look for some matured flowers in which
perianth becomes larger fleshy and blue-black in fruit.
   And yes the two P. auriculata (now treated as synonym as mentioned by
Dines ji) and P. chinensis are very distinct and not synonyms.
