That someone who created the confusion was me only !!!
Its very strange, but I saw all those pics by Pradnyavant but some times
pics dont help to 100% accuracy.
One fine day during my PhD work I was driving through forests of Saranda in
Jharkhand and I saw huge plants. I was surprised, because, its like I have
pics and shadows of orchids, that I have seen, in my head. Its hard to
explain how!!! and whenever those which I see in front of my eyes dont
match with the shadows in my head, I can make out that they are different
without even knowing the whole plant. The plant I saw that day was too big
for anything to fit in from Jharkhand, My driver who was actually sitting
next to me (I was driving), I stopped the car, went on back gear to around
300m and then stopped, got out of car and I knew the big orchid though it
was new record for Jharkhand. My driver said WOW WO ORCHID KYA HAI???? but
I knew what it was and I said, WOW TO MUJHE PATA HAI, BUT USKE BAGAL ME
CHHOTA WALA KYA HAI? And I walked to this plant, which actually had fruits
smaller than my imagination. I said, WOW YE TO ACAMPE PRAEMORSA KA BACHHA
LAGTA HAI and we started laughing. I was 100% sure it was Acampe but not
praemorsa. Later I identified it as Acampe papillosa, second new record for
Jharkhand. On this day, I found 4 new records for Jharkhand!!!
Having seen both plants in real I know they are different, before that me
too thought them to be same. Fruit is papillosa is around 2-3 cm long but
in praemorsa its more than 5cm and 10 times thicker than papillosa. Leaves
can some times be double the size in praemorsa. Roots are thicker in
praemorsa and ofcourse the spur is more pronounced in papillosa. Apart from
usual smaller size of flowers (though not much).

Hope you can make out the different between these two plants
