I don't know how phonetic rules can be used while building
hunspell dictionary. But I wrote simple python script that creates
hunspell dictionary. See https://fedorahosted.org/wordxtr. wordxtr
package is present in Fedora.
Can anyone check this tool and provide feedback at IndLinux meet?
