Error ini terjadi apabila PGA tidak punya memory yang cukup
Solusi:
Kurangi oracle SGA, kurangi ukuran Shared pool pada init.ora
Setelah itu PGA akan menggunakan memory yang dilepas dari SGA untuk connect ke
database.
