Saya coba bantu yah,
Coba kamu cek di $ORACLE_HOME/bin atau ../infra privilleges nya apa terhadap
directory2 tersebut, apakah punya usernya IAS ato root?
Anda startup infra nya menggunakan user apa? Gunakan user yg punya hak untuk
startup.
Dan cek juga apakah masih ada background prosess yg belum stop (ps -ef | grep
OC4J...)
