Jika parameter ubah menjadi SQLNET.AUTHENTICATI ON_SERVICES= (NONE) dan masih error Bisa dilakukan cara seperti ini pada file sqlnet.ora : #SQLNET.AUTHENTICATI ON_SERVICES= (NONE)
