coba compare notebook ini dg yg lain yg ok2 aja: - apakah ada antivirus installed? kalo perlu, turn off or uninstall antivirusnya - apakah ada other third party software yg di install di laptop ini, tp ndak diinstall di notebook lain? - compare services di notebook - apakah ada multiple Oracle installation di notebook ini? - tnsnames.ora settingnya sama?
