  IT SUPERVISOR 
   
  The IT Supervisor’s role is to plan, organize, and manage staff and overall 
operations to ensure the stable operation of the organization’s IT 
infrastructure. This includes developing, maintaining, supporting, and 
optimizing key functional areas, particularly network infrastructure, server 
infrastructure, data communications, and telecommunications systems. The IT 
Supervisor will also schedule and direct activities to resolve hardware and 
software problems in a timely and accurate fashion.  The incumbent will report 
to Asia Pacific IT Operation Lead.
   
  Primary tasks for the role are:
  1.     Manage all corporate Information Technology and Communications 
systems. 
  2.     Lead and manage IT staff and resources in accordance with IT Business 
Plan
  3.     Plan and manage scope, schedule, and budget for defined deliverables 
in accordance with IT project management standards. 
  4.     Manages the development, implementation, installation, and operation 
of Infrastructure for the organization.
  5.     Support all remote field representatives in Indonesia.
  6.     Ensure all daily operations, i.e. daily backup (backup, storage and 
retrieval functions), equipment maintenance, system maintenance, Server 
maintenance and MS Exchange maintenance are carried out according to industry 
standards in conjunction with company’s IT standard.
  7.     Negotiates and contracts with consultants, technical personnel, and 
vendors for services and products.
  8.     Ensure corporate IT policies are enforced and adhered to in all sites.
  9.     Maintain system documentation and procedures ensuring compliance with 
internal and external auditor standards.
  10.    Develop budgets and plan for new equipment purchases and other IT 
projects.
  11.    Recommends and develops plans for systems development and operations, 
hardware and software purchases, budget, and staffing.
  12.    Able to translate the requirements of each department into a workable 
computer operation. Then able to instruct the information technology staff to 
carry out these procedures.
  13.    Reviews reports of computer and peripheral equipment, malfunction, and 
maintenance to determine costs and impact, and address problems.
  14.    Evaluate performance and provide coaching for IT personnel. 
Participate in career development and succession planning processes. Promote 
diversity and foster teamwork, collaboration, and a learning organization.
  15.    Promote and supports the maintenance of a safe, accident free and 
healthy work environment.
   
  Extended tasks for the role are:
  ·         To work with care and consideration for your own health and safety 
and the health and safety of others.
  ·         To adhere to all safe working practices and safety procedures 
adopted by the Company
  ·         To work with, and actively support the Occupational Health and 
Office Safety Committee to improve health and safety in the workplace.
  ·         To use personal protective equipment issued to you and to maintain 
it in good working order.
  ·         To identify and predict hazards in the workplace.
  ·         To undertake risk assessments.
  ·         Apply preferred order of controls to hazards in the workplace.
  ·         To raise OH&S issues via appropriate people and mechanisms.

   Both male / female  
    Minimum qualification is bachelor degree in Computer Information 
Systems/Information Technology or related area  
    Minimum 7 years of IT experience and 3 years network/server administration  
    Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience  
   Strong knowledge of enterprise network operation, storage, Windows platform  
    Able direct communicate both verbal and written  
    Leadership and interpersonal skills  
    International certifications (MCSE, CCNA and etc)
