Very sad to read about the passing away of Prof. Pierre-Sylvain Filliozat -- his second name was given to him by his father to honour Sylvain Lévi (1863-1935) -- a great savant and very kind person. His passing away is indeed a big loss to many domains of Sanskrit and Indian studies, grammar, Indian mathematics, archaeology...
