Benar Bung Witarto Adi, saya melihat faktor utama krisis ini adalah permainan para broker/pialang komoditi yang mempermainkan harga se-enak perutnya. Hal ini sebenarnya telah di-isukan oleh petinggi OPEC di Timur Tengah.
Solusinya adalah sesegera mungkin dibuat aturan hukum yang membatasi pergerakan mereka, dan ini harus ada kemauan politik di berbagai negara yang melakukan transaksi-transaksi semacam ini.
