Ben, If you’re using InfluxCloud, you should definitely reach out to our support team <[email protected]> directly. Without knowing the specifics of your data, it does sound like a long-running query could be the culprit.
I doubt that you’ve gone over the storage limit. If anything, we may just want to help you out with your schema design so that your queries are using tags effectively. I won’t be as responsive as the support team, but also feel free to reach out to me directly if I can be helpful.
