Hi, I'm new to influx so I might be missing something. I'm using the line protocol to insert measurements into influx. At times I use the "value=%d,msg=<string>" mechanism to add string information to the value field. I've noticed that I get an error when the msg string contains white space. Is this expected? If I remove the white space from the msg the insertion process works.
Is this expected that strings in mgs can't contain white space? Or am I doing something wrong on my side?
