I've just noticed two measurements in my DB that are appear to have had their
name corrupted, possibly since upgrading to v1.1.
> show measurements
name: measurements
name
----
;
aggregation_cpu
aggregation_percent
...
processes_ps_state
processes_ps_vm

If I execute "show measurements" via curl, it also indicates some extended
unicode chars in the names:
"values": [
[
";\u0003"
],
[
"aggregation_cpu"
],
...
[
"processes_ps_vm"
],
[
"\ufffd"
]
I'm at a bit of a loss what to do. I can't execute "show series" for these
measurements, so I'm not sure if they are legitimate measurements that have
somehow had their name corrupted, or whether they're completely bogus. If the
latter, how would I go about dropping them?
Does InfluxDB do any sanity checking on measurement names? I wonder if one of
my colleagues has accidentally inserted these gibberish measurements whilst
experimenting, and whether there are any safeguards against such accidents.
