I don't believe that a tag or field key can end with a backslash. Here's
the issue for tags: https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb/issues/5231

I encourage you to open an issue
<https://github.com/influxdata/influxdb/issues/new> for fields as well.

In general, using backslashes in identifiers will greatly complicate your
write and query syntax. Consider pre-processing the data to substitute some
other character for the backslashes. Even a forward slash would be much
preferable.
