We have each server backup its own volumes.  Each server has a bos cron
job that basically does a "vos backupsys -server `hostname`".  Proceeding
in parallel allows us to backup 4,000 volumes in under 10 minutes.

Do not delete the backup volumes after your dumps are completed.  The
backupsys completes much quicker when the backup volumes already exist.
