I didn't hear anything from transarc today, so I'm not sure
whether you got this message or what's happened (mail problem?).
I tried uninstalling the dfsserver component, & reinstalling it
(see p 5-9 - 5-10 of the installation guide). I then tried
/etc/dcesetup config_dfsflserver. This seems to have gotten to
a problem (from the dcesetup/log file):

I then tried to restore the dfs state I had before with dceback:

But I don't think this actually did anything.
/etc/init.d/dfs start didn't seem to do anything either. Here's what's
