Changing IP address of machines within a Cell..

Hi,
I have a need to change the IP address of each machine within
our AFS Cell. I *know* I saw some command regarding IP address
changes but I cannot find that reference, nor can I recall the
extact command.
Has anyone done this before? Are there any caveats or gotchas?
