The command is "vos changeaddr". I'm a bit skeptical about how well this
will work. As I recall, I tested this out on one of our AFS 3.3a file servers
running solaris 2.3. It didn't work. I still had to manually run 
"vos syncvldb" and clear out any duplicate vldb entries. Maybe it works better
for afs 3.4?
