I've looked through my 3.4/3.4a documentation and found nothing about this new
salvager option, although I did find new options -showsuid and -showlog. How
did you find out about this? Is it documented anywhere? (Another of your
notes to the group mentioned that you have been modifying the source for
salvager.)
More importantly, is it a supported option?
