Since 1,5 years we successfully mirror several gigabytes of data between
several AFS cells with the "mirdir" binary written by Ruten Gurin. The
software is transparent in use, quite fast, and is supported on almost all
architectures (any non-supported platform may be reported to Ruten, and he
will be providing the support also for this architecture). 


Mirdir software is public, and may be found under:
