Hi. AFS admins...
Here in POSTECH, we are trying to make a FTP server to be a AFS
server. AFS server processes are installed without problems on this server
(Sun4 machine running SunOS 4.1.3) and the AFS client is installed as well.
From now on, we are going to move anoymous ftp files from old local
partitions to new AFS partitions and make FTP server processes to work
correctly on the partitions.
Since accessing to AFS partitions needs users and FTP daemons to
have tokens, I'm wondering if there might be problems in this case. So
I'd like to hear about similar cases performed successfully in other cells.
What kind of problems might be occurred here and how could you solve those
kind of problems? If you know any good materials or mail archives discussing
this issue, please tell me about them. Many thanks in advance...
