My sun4m_412 machines *does* show afsd's with ps:
oliver% uname -a
SunOS oliver 4.1.3 3 sun4m
oliver% fs sysname
Current sysname is 'sun4m_412'
oliver% ps auxw | grep afsd
root 96 0.0 0.1 404 80 ? I Jul 16 0:00 /usr/vice/etc/afsd
