Hello,
I am trying to set up a Solaris 2.5 machine as an AFS 3.4a file server. I get
the following messages from ntpd when the system boots:
Aug 21 07:47:06 ws269 ntpd[210]: ntpd version $Revision: 2.25 $
Aug 21 07:47:06 ws269 ntpd[210]: patchlevel 13
Aug 21 07:47:06 ws269 ntpd[210]: Unknown kernal var _tickadj
Aug 21 07:47:06 ws269 ntpd[210]: Unknown kernal var _hz
Aug 21 07:47:06 ws269 ntpd[210]: Unknown kernal var _tick
Aug 21 07:47:06 ws269 ntpd[210]: Unknown kernal var _dosynctodr
ntpd appears to be up and functioning but I have no idea why I get these messages.
Can anybody fill me in?
