The problem is I'm not sure if I can release the version of sysctl
we use, as Sal gave me a copy of 1.1 for providing patches
and some new features. 1.0 is pretty old and crufty these days, and
wouldn't work too hot with the latest vesrions of TCL. If someone
knows who I could talk to at IBM to get permission let me know :-)
