"sgi_ir51" is the mount point for an AFS volume that does not exist,
hence the "no such device".
To find out what volume the mount point is for, type "fs lsmount
sgi_ir51" in that directory.
Someone probably deleted the volume associated with that mount point
since SGI IRIX 5.1 is pretty old. When they deleted the volume, they
forgot to delete that mount point. To delete the mount point, type
"fs rmm sgi_ir51".
