How to keep Windows/NT AFS clients "CellServDB" up-to-date?

Problem:
   You have a whole bunch of Windows/NT AFS clients and you want to
   update the (equivalent of) the CellServDB file on all of them.

Question:
   We maintain a "master" CellServDB file which our AIX clients
   keep in sync with (using a crontab job). Can anyone on this list
   suggest a way to keep Windows/NT AFS clients in sync with such
   a "master" CellServDB file?
