Re: How to keep Windows/NT AFS clients "CellServDB" up-to-date?

Our AIX CellServDB update process first checks to see if the master
CellServDB has changed. If it has then two steps happen:

1) The master CellServDB is copied to the local system.
2) For each cell in CellServDB, execute a:
      "fs newcell $cell $server_list"

Questions:
a) Is there an equivalent for step 2 in Windows/NT?
   (Rebooting seems a bit drastic.)
b) Is there an equivalent of "package" for the Windows/NT AFS client?
