AFS Client Web Server Setup

Is there any documentation around on setting up an AFS Client as a Web
server.  I know I have to put the machine in a newly created group.  I'm
not sure if I should set up an account for the machine.  Any help or a
pointer to some documentation would be greatly appreciated.
