It is the ASK configuration parameter and is not limited to tape stacker
support. Specifying "ASK no" within the /usr/afs/backup/CFG_<tape> file
(similar to TL_<tape>) will not prompt the operator (except for tape
changes). Tape change prompts are handled with the MOUNT configuration
parameter and also not limited to stackers.
Failed to reclone a volume is just one of 3 or 4 scenarios where butc
may prompt. Checking the TE_<tape> log files is then needed to determine
if a volume failed to dump.
