We've also had slow responses from Transarc sales.  I suspect some
drastic internal reorganization is going on.  As far as I understand
the pricing structure: it's $3000+$600/year for each database/fileserver
and $50+$10/year for each computer that accesses AFS files.
(That is the educational price.)  As far as I can tell, there's no
charge per principal (human user).
