I'm a new AFS user trying to install and configure a new cell on a Windows NT network. Every time I try to configure the first machine in the new AFS cell, the Server Configuration Wizard throws up an error when trying to replicate the root volumes. I've tried uninstalling, removing all the remnant files and flushing the registry of AFS settings, and reinstalling, but the same error keeps appearing.
