Thanks to everyone who said to me, "Hey, I saw this!".
I finally did get a chance to talk to the postmaster at transarc.com.
It turns out these (and a whole bunch of other messages to info-afs)
got queued up because of anti-spam measures (you have to be subscribed
for posts to be accepted by default). They finally got released today.
I think this might have been mentioned a while ago, but it seems a
lot of people have forgotten about it. If possible, it might be a good
idea to send back some sort of notification saying, "Hey, we're going
to hold onto this message for a bit". Might save some confusion in
the future.
