Spotty distribution of info-afs

Is it just me, or does info-afs seem to have rather poor propagation?
I seem to only see parts of very obvious message threads, and I never
saw a copy of my posting about a new version of the afs-krb5 kit,  (BTW,
did _anyone_ see that announcement?).

I did send mail about this to owner-info-afs and postmaster at
transarc.com, but I didn't get any reply.
